Because our property includes a costly-to-repair wooden bridge, I noted that the back entrance needed to be used instead. Chris was highly communicative throughout the process including calling to provide his estimated time of arrival, updating me when traffic caused delays, and checking in again as he approached. His attention to detail and courtesy made the entire process seamless.
Upon arrival, Chris went above and beyond to ensure the unit was placed correctly. He attempted my initial preferred placement, and when it didn’t fit, he worked with me to realign until we found the best location. Even with mosquitoes out in full force that day, he remained patient and committed to making sure the POD was accessible. Because the ground was slightly sloped, he took extra care to adjust the placement so I could easily open and use the unit.
