Our experience using StoreSquare was five star all the way! We felt the cost was reasonable, and loading all our furnishings into two containers parked in our driveway was so much easier than loading a truck and then unloading into a storage facility. The design of the containers and skill and thoughtfulness of the delivery drivers facilitated positioning them perfectly in our driveway, both at our previous home and our new home. Having everything stored for the two months we were in temporary housing was so nice. The agents I spoke with on the phone were also very courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Mike did an AMAZING job locating my container exactly where I needed it. He was a PRO at driving that remote. Excellent communication and vey funny. He was a pleasure to work with.i would rate his skills a 15+. Container was nice and clean for me to store my things in. EXTREMELY HAPPY with the job he did!! Top notch driver in every aspect! I had a solid experience right from the very start with StorSquare, and it just kept getting better. I saw the ad on FaceBook, filled out the online form requesting to get a quote, and received a follow up call within just a few minutes. From my initial inbound call from Leah, who started my quote, to Carrie who picked back up when I had to call back after I got off work, Ryan who delivered my 16’ empty container, and Mike who picked up my filled container, the whole team were very professional in meeting my needs & Executing the delivery on my desired Time frame. Full transparency- I did call & get a quote from a competitor (pods), which was much more costly, even with a coupon discount, than what I paid to use StorSquare. The team at storsquare were great! There was some confusion at times but they worked diligently to get everything sorted out for us! Sara and Carrie were great to coordinate with and Ryan and Chris were very professional and kind while delivering the container. I am a mom of three little kids who is scrambling with buying and selling houses. Talk about stress! Karrie helped me so much with booking and explaining the process. Ryan came and dropped off the storage unit. They are really nice and well made! I’m so pleased with my experience with StorSquare! They are super-professional. Every step of the way they communicated with me and answered every question. It was a simple process and very affordable. They know what they are doing! My belongings arrived in tact and on time! Every person who came to deliver or pick up my storage unit was friendly, helpful and extremely well-trained.The last employee, Ryan, was so polite, and arrived exactly on time even though he was delivering to a new address out in the country. I love this company, sweet and simple setup! Ryan delivered the STORsquare, he called me first gave me an ETA. He arrived and immediately setup the container in my drive in less then 10 minutes. Ryan & Mike are great…both offered great tips on filling the container properly & how they store the container for short term & long term storage… Today I had to add to my container. Ryan was nice to mark my container so I could locate it easily! Mike delivered my container this morning around 0900. I met him just off the interstate and he followed me to the property. The main thing I love about STORsquare is the flexibility to locate the containers in tight spaces. Also the drivers who put them there.  And the price. And the sales folks. The drivers showed up on time and were so friendly and easy to get along with. We are only at the initial delivery and loading stage. The only thing I think needs to be changed at this point in our experience is more anchor points are needed. Another row up high would be beneficial. My whole experience with StorSquare has been excellent. Their ingenious delivery machine was able to deliver and pickup my containers in spite of my very steep driveway. All of the delivery guys were great too. Today at my new home Ryan brought and delivered my first two containers and did a great job. I highly recommend StorSquare for local or long distance moves.
