With over 12 years of experience in franchise sales and development, Doni brings a consultative, no-pressure approach to helping candidates explore fit. Before joining STORsquare, he played key roles in scaling one of the largest property management franchise systems in the U.S., as well as expanding a global retail franchise across 10 countries.
Michael Paupeck
President
Michael is a strategic operator and former COO of a national law firm. He leads STORsquare’s day-to-day operations and franchisee support, focused on equipping every franchisee with the tools and systems to thrive.
Jacob Thomsen
Founder & COO
Jacob helped launch STORsquare in 2016 and leads operations, training, and fleet strategy. As a founder, he brings deep operational knowledge and a passion for helping franchisees build and scale successfully.
