I had the most pleasant experience the company Storsquare! They were so helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. Jacob was my delivery guy. He gave me a quick call to let me know he was on his way. He was very punctual and very nice. It was so fun watching him expertly  place the storage container. Recently I moved from the West Coast of Florida to the East Coast and chose to go with StorSquare. For my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house I went with their 16 foot container and everything fit perfectly. Sara was very helpful and easy to work with during the scheduling of our move. The ease of packing the container was great. The doors are rubber sealed, they lock into place if there is wind and they are very easy to open compared to a roll up door. Overall, this container made me feel confident about my move as the quality was outstanding! The container was placed in our tight fit driveway by Alex and I was very impressed at how seamless the drop off and pick up process was. Everyone i worked with at StorSquare (Carrie, Sarah, Jo, Alex & Edwin) were fantastic. I would use them again if I were going to move again.

The container system allows you plenty of time to pack/load/unload with the rush of a rental truck and is ultimately less when fuel prices are factored in.

We highly recommend using STORsquare! We used them for an out of state, long distance move. All of the drivers were professional and very careful moving our pod and we have a very steep driveway. When our pod arrived at our new home, Edwin went out of his way to get some blocks to make sure our pod was leveled in the driveway! Though we packed it ourselves, there was very little shifting. STORSquare has been such a wonderful company to move with. The pod dates were scheduled in advance and every date that we had planned with STORSquare has been on time. Office staff and driver team have all been a pleasure to work with. Everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. I honestly do not have anything to recommend that "could have been better". From the quote process to the move was all transparent and smooth.

My only recommendation to customers wondering about which pod size to pick is if you have a two bedroom home to move, definitely go with the 16ft instead of the 12ft as the pod space fills up quickly once things start getting loaded in.Especially with those last minute items to shove into the pod.

Easy to order. No misleading pricing or add-ons. They delivered and picked up on schedule and best of all, they placed on a grassy area where I wanted it. The container and delivery method is strong and versatile so you don't have to place it on a paved area. That's important when you're replacing your driveway. I chose StoreSquare for my move based on their excellent Google reviews, but even those rave reviews fell short of how truly amazing this company is! Moving is never easy, but StoreSquare made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
I want to give a massive shoutout to Carrie for her incredible support and guidance from start to finish. A special thank you goes to our drivers, Eddie and Alex—both went above and beyond! Their communication was top-notch, and their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to coordinate directly with my building to get the containers placed in the absolute best spot were deeply appreciated.

My experience with STORsquare was exceptional.  They communicated well with me, and their internal communications were top notch.  Even the delivery drivers knew where to drop off the storage units at my new house.  I only told the service rep when placing the order.  They met every delivery and pickup date they told me without any issues.  They were also very courteous on the phone and in person.  They units were extremely clean when they were delivered and my belongings inside the units were intact did not shift during transport.  The tie-down locations in the units held everything in place. Sara was very professional, responsive, informative and friendly. She was very helpful planning our out of state move that in the end we could not do ourselves and had to hire a moving company. So I had to cancel that at the least minute. But Sara was very understanding and kind and help me set up the final pick up date for the unit. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
