STORsquare Knoxville is owned and operated by Jim Gill. Jim grew up in Knoxville after his dad retired from the Air Force. He went to Farragut Middle and High School and then UT for undergraduate and graduate school.
Jim had an extensive career in management with various healthcare product and distribution companies before starting STORsquare Knoxville in 2023 with his business partner, Frank Callaway.
Frank Callaway is a co-owner of STORsquare Knoxville. He grew up in Knoxville and attended Bearden Elementary, and Doyle Middle School, before graduating from Doyle High School.
Frank is passionate about real estate, including both traditional self-storage facilities, and working with Jim to serve the needs of East Tennesseans with their portable storage business. He focuses on legal and financing matters for the company and assists Jim with marketing.

If you’re not ready move your items to the final destination yet, that’s okay! We’ll pick up your loaded container and bring it to our local storage center where it will be safe & secure until you need it again.
We do the driving so you don’t have to. We’ll deliver your container to your new home and you can unload it on your own time. Rentals are on monthly basis so you don’t have to worry about rushing to get it unloaded.
