Everything went as promised.  Delivered the box to my home in orlando as scheduled.  Picked up when I wanted it picked up and then 2 days later delivered to the Georgia mountains. This was no easy feat as my house is at the top of a mountain with very winding roads and my driveway was a 20% incline.  Ryan the delivery driver did an amazing job putting the pod right where I needed it to go. I was going to use another well known pod service but there was no confidence from them that they could deliver on the mountain. I’m sure glad I chose Storsquare to be my moving company!!!! Wonderful customer service. We had an insanely difficult time with closing on our new house. Jim and his crew worked with us moving our pods, here, there and everywhere, when we needed. Recently I had my entire house painted (inside and out). I pretty much had to move 31 years of stuff out. What a nightmare! When I started researching storage bins to put all that stuff in, I stumbled on STORsquare. I am very glad I did!!!  Not only were they easy to work with, their pricing came in as the best option for me. I rented a 12’ unit and it was delivered (and picked up) on time and in a very clean (almost new!) condition!  The fact that it was so clean really eased my mind some as I had visions of finding crawly things in my stuff for who knows how long!  And I am happy to say we have been back in the house going on three weeks now and NO crawly things!!! STORsquare was a perfect fit for me. Our experience using StoreSquare was five star all the way! We felt the cost was reasonable, and loading all our furnishings into two containers parked in our driveway was so much easier than loading a truck and then unloading into a storage facility. The design of the containers and skill and thoughtfulness of the delivery drivers facilitated positioning them perfectly in our driveway, both at our previous home and our new home. Having everything stored for the two months we were in temporary housing was so nice. The agents I spoke with on the phone were also very courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a solid experience right from the very start with StorSquare, and it just kept getting better. I saw the ad on FaceBook, filled out the online form requesting to get a quote, and received a follow up call within just a few minutes. From my initial inbound call from Leah, who started my quote, to Carrie who picked back up when I had to call back after I got off work, Ryan who delivered my 16’ empty container, and Mike who picked up my filled container, the whole team were very professional in meeting my needs & Executing the delivery on my desired Time frame. Full transparency- I did call & get a quote from a competitor (pods), which was much more costly, even with a coupon discount, than what I paid to use StorSquare. The team at storsquare were great! There was some confusion at times but they worked diligently to get everything sorted out for us! Sara and Carrie were great to coordinate with and Ryan and Chris were very professional and kind while delivering the container. I had an exceptional experience with Phil from STORsquare this past Friday! From start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with such great customer service. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And to make it even better, finding out that he’s originally from Jersey while I’m from Philly was the icing on the cake! 😂 There’s just something about meeting someone from back home when you’re down here in Georgia. That Jersey/Philly connection definitely made the experience even more enjoyable! I highly recommend STORsquare to anyone looking for great service. I am a mom of three little kids who is scrambling with buying and selling houses. Talk about stress! Karrie helped me so much with booking and explaining the process. Ryan came and dropped off the storage unit. They are really nice and well made! I’m so pleased with my experience with StorSquare! They are super-professional. Every step of the way they communicated with me and answered every question. It was a simple process and very affordable. They know what they are doing! My belongings arrived in tact and on time! Every person who came to deliver or pick up my storage unit was friendly, helpful and extremely well-trained.The last employee, Ryan, was so polite, and arrived exactly on time even though he was delivering to a new address out in the country.
